She sits in the waiting room of the District 13 clinic, her hands clasped in front of her, for the truth of what's wrong with her.
Even when they tell her, she doesn't really believe it. Something good and small growing inside of her, that's something she has to struggle to understand.
She listens more than people think, so when she hears that the hovercraft is returning from the Capitol, she sneaks barefoot to the doors. Her hear is swelling, she can hear his voice again...
But when the doors open, she can't see his face. She seeks out Peeta's eyes, the only other person who really understands her.]
